Scott Price Hi,
I am the brother of Shane Price. I will Whole Heartedly agree that as a Pedestrian or Cyclist things have changed when it comes to getting around town anywhere. No allowance is made for pedestrian or cyclist when it comes to roads. It comes down to safety and the Savannah Police Officers point was no matter who is at fault it is the individual that is injured of killed that loses. In the time that I have been in Savannah and tracing my brothers steps up to the point of this happening I have found that my brother made a bad judgement call while under the influence of Alcohol and it cost him his life. It is a terrible tragedy for anyone and in this case for anyone who is impaired. Personally why drink at all BUT if your going to DO IT AT HOME, STAY HOME WHEN YOU DO AND LASTLY IF YOU HAVE TO OUT THEN GO WITH SOMEONE YOU TRUST........NOT BY YOURSELF!
Thanks,
Scott Price
