... Part of my job is receiving and sampling different beers and wines. Tough job, I know. It has been a few years since I tried any of the Pike beers from Seattle. I kind of forgot about them for awhile because they never made much of an impression on me. I recently got a few new samples and was really impressed this time around. especially with the Monk's Uncle and the Extra Stout.
